Cancellation Policy for Ocean Vista Travels

  1. General Policy:

    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either via email or letter, to be considered valid.

    • The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received by Ocean Vista Travels.

  2. Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of $50.

    • Cancellations made 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Any additional services, such as travel insurance or special excursions that are booked and confirmed, are non-refundable.

  4. Changes to Reservations:

    • Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • Ocean Vista Travels is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary events. In such cases, we will work with you to offer alternative options or reschedule your trip.
